It’s time! Mariah Carey has come out of her cave to let us know what she wants for Christmas (spoiler alert: it’s you!).

If you know me, you know that the holidays are my favorite time of the year. Okay! Well, that’s probably true for a lot of people… but I do tend to go all out! And this year is no different. Sure we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, but to me, that’s more of a reason to get into the Christmas spirit.

The lights, the decorations, the candles, the candy canes, the toys, the fire, the food, the smell… it just makes me so happy!😭 I wanted to give you all a glimpse of what it’s like during the holidays at our house. So be sure to watch my YouTube video to catch up on what’s going down.

Also, y’all know that I don’t joke with my cocktails, and I’m not about to start now…

I present to you – The Kris Kringle Candy Cane Martini.

It is festive, easy, fun, and delicious. Plus, it has got a nice zing to it.

You can shake up this creamy deliciousness in just 10 minutes or less. Or… If you are planning a house party, you can mix all the ingredients in a pitcher ahead of time and store it in a pitcher. It will save time and make festive preparations easier.

Moving on to the ingredients you’d need to make this cocktail happen…

Ingredients Needed For The Kris Kringle Candy Cane Martini Recipe

This recipe is pretty simple so you won’t need so many ingredients. You only need:

– White chocolate liqueur – The secret ingredient

– Peppermint schnapps – To put a nice zing to it

– Vanilla vodka – For some mellow sweetness

– Finely crushed Candy canes

– Organic agave – For rimming the glasses. You can use light corn syrup if you want.

– Powdered white sugar – To give a snowy effect hehe

– Ice cubes

– Mini candy canes – To garnish

Let’s Get Down To Business

An hour before you start preparing the kris kringle candy cane martinis, place your cocktail glasses in the freezer to chill.

Pour some ice cubes into the glass of the cocktail shaker (or the smaller can of your two-piece shaker). Measure in the vanilla vodka, peppermint schnapps, and white chocolate liqueur, put on the top of the shaker, and shake vigorously to mix all the ingredients.

Note: Try not to measure in too much peppermint Schnapp else your martini will taste like gasoline. If you follow the recipe, you will be fine.

Place the candy canes (without unwrapping them yet) on the cutting board and crush them into tiny bits with a rolling pin. Once completely crushed, pour the crushed candy into a small shallow bowl.

Pour some agave into another shallow bowl and some sugar into another bowl. Set all three (3) bowls in the sequence: Agave – Sugar – Crushed Candy.

Take out the frozen glasses from the freezer…

Turn the frozen martini glasses upside down and dip the rim into the small bowl of organic agave, followed by the powdered sugar and then the crushed candy cane.

Stir the martini, this time with a bar spoon, to mix all the ingredients before straining it into the martini glasses. Garnish with a mini candy cane and enjoy immediately.

Your martini looks delicious.
Can’t say enough about your decorations. My motto is you can never have too many decorations. But, they must be classy, cute, and chic. You’ve hit all the right buttons.
You certainly make everything festive.
