INGREDIENTS

  • Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 Pcs)
  • 1/2 cup horseradish sauce
  • 24 thin slices deli ham
  • 1 cup aged white cheddar, shredded
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 12 dill pickles
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. After unwrapping the Hawaiian sweet rolls from the packaging, place it on a cutting board and slice through the middle in a horizontal direction to split into top and bottom halves.
  2. Place the bottom halves of the roll in a greased 9×9-inches baking pan, and spread the horseradish sauce to completely cover the cut-side of the bottom rolls. Layer with 2 folded slices of ham on each sweet roll, top with some shredded aged whited cheddar, and sprinkle ground pepper to taste.
